Dr. Mark Brown, President and Chief Operating Officer of Phylloceuticals, has extensive experience in organizational management, drug development, and biomanufacturing. He has

served in a range of executive roles across the biotech and pharma industries as well as in academia. Outside his current role at Phylloceuticals, he is also a professor in the Department of Clinical Sciences at Colorado State University.   

 

In industry, Dr. Brown previously served in executive roles at other organizations including President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Science Officer, Vice President for Research and Development, and oversight of Corporate Quality Affairs. Over the past two decades, he

has also consulted for the pharma and biotech industries across scientific, clinical, regulatory, and quality affairs.   

 

At Colorado State, Brown served as Head of the Global Health and Health Disparities Section in the Colorado School of Public Health, as a Section Head in Clinical Sciences, and as a Molecular Oncologist in the Cancer Center. He also has a faculty appointment in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at the School of Mines and Technology. Some of Dr. Brown’s achievements include over 150 publications and keynotes, dozens of applications for the clinical management of colorectal, hepatocellular, breast, and lung carcinomas as well as several forms of leukemia and infectious diseases.
